We understand how busy life can be, and so many of us spend much of the day sitting at a computer, texting, and driving. All these things affect our posture and stress levels. We want to help you stretch back out and feel less stressed.
Taking time for yourself to practice yoga, to stretch, breathe and calm the mind can help you feel more peaceful in a crazy world. It can be a great standalone exercise or it can compliment an existing fitness program. The mental skills learned on a yoga mat can prove hugely beneficial in many different situations.
Paradigm Yoga offers a variety of classes from beginner to advanced, Vinyasa flow and restorative. Never done yoga before or out of practice? You don't need to be flexible bodied to start a yoga practice, all you need is an open mind and a willing heart!
