A gentle practice suitable for beginners, seniors and regularly practicing yogis looking for a change of pace.
Expect a slow, meditative practice which includes standing and floor poses. You may still break a sweat in some poses, and not at all in others! This class will also include time for relaxation, breath practice and guided meditation.
Mats are available to rent ($2) if you do not have your own. We also have yoga mats to purchase from the studio if you prefer.
