This short and sweet 20 minute yoga practice is an all over yoga practice to start your day the best way!
Suitable for a daily practice to wake up the whole body, this yoga class can be done at any time of day whether you're stiff from sitting in a chair at work, or just need to get your energy moving!
This session includes: Seated neck and shoulder stretches, spinal movements to release stiffness from the back and shoulders, downward facing dog to stretch the spine and legs. Modified half sun salutations move your spine in all of its range, before a hip stretch and gentle backbend to energize for the day ahead. We complete the practice with seated stretches and seated stillness and intention setting (no savasana).
Follow up with a morning meditation to feel energized and ready for the day ahead!
