Yoga Flow to Strengthen & Stretch Hips & Legs

In this yoga session we'll warm up then flow through two rounds of leg & hip strengthening and stretching poses.

 

This flow includes variations on the second round for Beginner +/ Intermediate yogis. Remember the second round extra poses are suggestions only and you're welcome to take the same poses as the first flow through if that is better for you! Please listen to your body yogi!
