A sweet, gentle bedtime chair yoga practice to wind-down and relax body and mind. In this class we stretch out stiff neck & shoulders, spine, legs and hips.

This practice begins with seated postures and moves to the ground for reclining postures, and ends with a guided breath practice in savasana to help you relax.
