Flow yoga is a flowing, dynamic practice connecting movement with the breath. During each class you will be guided through a variety of yoga poses to build strength, stamina, balance and flexibility.

Flow classes are open to all levels and designed with the beginner in mind with modifications offered to those yogis wishing to advance their practice. Innovative sequences change from class to class and will include seated, standing and reclining postures, concluding with a traditional yoga relaxation, breathing practice and meditation.

Flow sequences can require practitioners to move up from and down to the floor often; if this is difficult please contact the studio to discuss if this class is right for you and check out gentle yoga, chair yoga, flexibility focus and yin.


In Studio & Livestream on Zoom

You can attend this class in the studio (211 N.Bowie St, Jasper, TX), or stream it live wherever you are using zoom; simply select your preference on the sign up form so that we send a link if you're joining us online.



If you have an active class pass, one session will be deducted from your pass.

Due to technical restrictions I am often not able to see you clearly in all poses as I usually can in the studio. With this in mind, please only practice what feels good to you and skip/modify poses where necessary.

Login details will be sent out approx. 30 minutes prior to the session beginning. If you are signing up within 30 minutes of the session start time, please message 409-698-6335 to receive your login.
